Project Description

This 14,000sf retail building was a well needed addition to the busy Ballardvale Street business district of Wilmington. CHANNEL created the overall design, site layout and construction of this multi-tenant retail facility that not only had to aesthetically compliment the surrounding businesses, but needed to be completed within a very compressed timeline driven by the adjacent Target store opening. This fast-track project included a partial basement; a combination of exterior finishes such as Waterstruck brick, HardiPlank cement siding, Nichiha cement panel; heated sidewalks; and a highly efficient exterior LED lighting package.
