CHANNEL transformed a previous industrial building to a retail building which houses both EJ’s restaurant and Coco Nails.

Scope: Major interior and exterior selective demolition, asbestos abatement, new utility services, separation of utilities for multi-tenant configuration, new interior, and exterior finishes, replaced the concrete floor 19” lower to provide handicap accessibility at entrances without raising the parking lot in a flood zone. Glass and cladding were added to transform the appearance and provide for multiple tenants.
