Project Description

Channel demolished an existing building on the site and built a ground up free standing Starbucks featuring a drive thru, walk up window, expansive storefront glass system, canopy and patio for outdoor seating. The project consisted of extensive site work and high-end exterior finishes which included masonry and wood finishes to meet the Starbucks brand specifications.
