Project Description

This project consisted of a complete gut and renovation to the previous 7,000 sf mechanical laboratory facilities. The project created numerous cellular laboratory spaces including Analytical chemistry instrumentation, Cell culture and analysis instrumentation, Plant cell culture, Confocal microscopy and several Lab/benching workspaces. All mechanical systems as well as electrical service were upgraded. The space also included a lounge and kitchenette area. A new generator was installed to service the entire space.
