New, ground-up, design-build construction of $8.2 million dollar, state of the art, 22,000 square foot, 48-bed rehabilitation facility. This project, completed in 11 months, features high-end, interior finishes, a cafeteria, lobby, in-take office, professional offices, nurses station, exam & patient rooms, work-out room, several common areas and DEA regulated security/door access control system.

The attention to detail of this build which was completed in a tight timeline enabled Mayflower Recovery to be recognized as the premier treatment facility in Massachusetts with world-class amenities and accommodations, and to be at capacity almost immediately upon opening.
