Project Description

Channel was hired to design and build this state-of-the-art manufacturing facility to allow Flagship to house their offset and digital printing lines under one roof. Special attention was paid to footings and foundation to handle the enormous printing presses and finishing equipment. The 28’ clear ceiling height combined with the 10,000 sq. ft. warehouse yields nearly 250,000 cubic feet of flow-rack and high bay storage.
