Project Description

Complete interior renovations to existing fully sprinklered 13,320 sf single story masonry building with steel structure with a 1,320 sf mezzanine. Work included all trades. This project consisted of a complete gut and renovation to space to create new mechanical engineering, structural engineering and civil engineering laboratory facilities. All mechanical systems as well as electrical service were upgraded, including the addition of an acid neutralization system.
